It is really strange. It was working on my phone. I have reinstalled a new rom in my phone with the .net cf 3.5 included.
I then installed trackme and the sql pack and i have the same error.
I then go to xda forum and i have installed the cab to correct the sql error and i still have the same error...
Any idea ?

Note that my device is WM5 and all 3 of the executables above were installed to the storage card and your program was installed to the device main memory.
The installation order I followed was:
1) installed SQL 3.5 MOBILE to storage card
2) installed .NET CF 3.5 to storage card
3) installed EN MSG package to storage card
4) installed the latest trackme to device main memory
I don't think you've tested that configuration and if you do I believe you will find the same error that both of us are getting. You're almost there!

I don't exactly understand the cause of this, but I had the same trouble. Maybe this will help you...
I checked the .net install using one of the apps linked in another thread and the files were there, I checked the registry and the keys pointed to the correct places.
So in the end, I just copied
system.data.sqlserverce.dll
from the device's \windows\ folder
into TrackMe install folder (\Storage Card\Program Files\TrackMe\) and it all apparently works.
The draw back (aside from being a hackish workaround) is that when a new version is released, I needed to do it again.
I don't think this is an issue with TrackMe, but with the way .net is installed in our devices roms (I'm using a 3rd party cooked rom and the .net install was already there).
